Pet Identity - Added 8/1 On occassion, our pets find their way outside and sometimes wander off.  To help assist in locating missing/found pets, we would like to add a Photo Album to our site of your pet, your pet's name, and your name.  The thought is that if somebody finds a pet, they could use the website to help identify who the pet belongs to and return them back to you.  Participation is voluntary.  If interested, please submit an individual photo of your pet(s) along with their name to hoa@chaddwyck.com.   Financials Posted -Updated 8/1 The balance sheet and profit and loss statement has been posted for JULY and YTD  in the Financial Reports section.   Meeting Minutes - Added 7/27 The board meeting minutes for June have been added.   Improper Disposal of Grass Clippings -Added 5/31 The Waterbury Board of Trustees have received reports of residents dumping grass clippings and other lawn debris into common areas within the development. While it is not known who may be doing this, they are asking everyone to dispose of their lawn debris properly. In the event that you witness anyone dumping on common areas, please contact Barnett Management at 216-831-0165 Damage from Snow Removal -Updated 4/21 Repairs to the lawns and tree-lawns were completed today with new soil and seed placed.  Please note that daily watering of the new seed is recommended.  No further repairs to lawns are tree-lawns are scheduled for this year. Political Signs One "Political Candidate" sign not exceeding six square feet in total area and not exceeding three feet in height, shall be permitted for each lot. Political signs are permitted thirty (30) days prior to an election and must by removed within forty-eight (48) hours after the election. This also extends to Ballot Issues.  The displaying of more than one identical sign is strictly prohibited.  No signs of any nature are permitted on the common ground. Household Hazardous Waste Collection Saturday, September 13th, 2008 Grafton Township Hall & Fire Station Location in the northern half of the county to be announced. Drop off paint, chemicals, oil, batteries, fluorescent lamps, and a wide variety of other hazardous items. Household Hazardous Waste collections are restricted to use by private Lorain County residents only. Electronics Collection Day Saturday, October 11th, 2008 Location: To Be Announced, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Drop off used personal computers and related items, cell phones, small office equipment, and household televisions and audio equipment.
